Omega Health Services offers hypno therapy to clients who are considering an effective treatment for addictive issues, toxic behaviors and childhood traumas. Hypno therapy helps therapists find the root cause of addictive behaviors and quickly resolve and treat the destructive behaviors. Our goal is to empower our clients lead their best lives.

What is Hypno Therapy?

Hypno therapy is different from hypnosis. While hypnosis is used to help clients relax, it does not focus on reaching deep within clients to find the hidden problems and patterns relevant to their disorder or contributing to their issues in life. Hypno therapy involves a one-on-one session with a trained professional hypnotherapist. During this session, the client will often be sitting or lying down as the hypnotherapist walks the client through the experience. Most clients report that the experience is calming and reassuring.

What are the Benefits of Hypno Therapy?

 

The benefits of hypno therapy are numerous. Hypno therapy helps to place clients in a state where they are more focused, attentive and concentrated on their life. By being more in-tune with their mind and body, they can more easily identify bad decisions and poor behaviors and be enabled to change. Hypno therapy also includes better deep sleep and better pain tolerance or pain management. Most importantly, hypno therapy helps therapists deep dive and figure out the root cause of many of their client's problems. This makes it possible to tackle the issue more effectively and efficiently so that the client can see maximum results in a short period of time.
