Kristina Harrington, MD

Dr. Harrington is the Medical Director of Omega Health Services in Boise, ID. She started Omega in 1998. She received her medical education at Loma Linda University in California (1991) and completed her psychiatry residency and fellowship at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles (1996). Dr. Harrington is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine.

In 2009, Dr. Harrington co-founded MidValley Healthcare in Meridian, ID. MidValley specializes in Addiction Recovery and Behavioral Health treatment utilizing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy. Visit Midvalley Healthcare.

Dr. Harrington provides outpatient services and medication management at both locations, as well as inpatient services at Intermountain Hospital and Lifeways, Boise.

Jeffrey L. Johnson, Pharm-D, PA-C

Jeffrey L. Johnson, Pharm-D, PA-C

Jeffery Johnson, PA-C, Pharm-D graduated with a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Idaho State University in 2000 and worked as a community pharmacist for two years before becoming a Physician Assistant. Jeff earned his Physician Assistant degree from Idaho State University in 2002. He practiced Emergency Medicine in a busy Emergency Department in Pocatello, ID for several years. In 2011 he became a Clinical Assistant Professor at ISU, teaching in the Physician Assistant Program.

Jeff started at Omega Health Services in 2011, focusing his practice on mental health and working in our Walk-in Clinic. His experience in the Emergency Department aided his success in our Walk-in Clinic and daily scheduled clinic. Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and family, as well as his yearly trips to the Dominican Republic for Medical Mission work.

Cali Bradberry, MMS, PA-C

Cali Bradberry, MMS, PA-C

Cali Bradberry, PA-C, MMS received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Idaho (2007) and worked in the field of mental health for several years before going to graduate school. She obtained her Master of Medical Science degree and her Physician Assistant Degree from Red Rocks Physician Assistant program in Denver, CO (2011). After finishing graduate school, she moved back to Boise and began practicing at Omega Health Services.

Since 2011 Cali has specialized in diagnosis and management of a variety of mental health disorders at Omega. She offers psychiatric evaluations and medication management on a daily basis through Omega. Cali is passionate about the outdoors and loves to cook and travel. She is married and has two dogs she spends her downtime with.

Chris Chandler, MPAS, PA-C

Chris Chandler, MPAS, PA-C

Chris is a native of Upstate New York and a retired Army officer. He is a graduate of one the country’s premier physician assistant training programs at the University of Utah. He is married and has two daughters. He has previous clinical experience in internal medicine, urgent care, family medicine, and sleep medicine. He has additional clinical interests in PTSD, and Veterans health. His interests outside of work include skiing, mountaineering, motorcycling, history, international affairs, playing guitar, and supporting his beloved Syracuse University Orange and all professional teams from Boston.

He and his family are very happy to call Boise their home, and he is excited to be a part of Omega Health Services.

Stuart Coldsnow, PA-C

Stuart Coldsnow, PA-C

Stuart is a medication management provider who started with Omega in 2020. Before attending graduate school, he gained extensive experience in both the inpatient and outpatient behavioral health setting. He received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree from Sullivan University with the goal in mind to practice psychiatry. At Omega, Stu specializes in diagnosing and managing all areas of mental illness for all age groups. He takes pride in providing care with the utmost compassion and empathy for anyone that presents to him.

Stu is originally from Lawrence, Kansas (Rock Chalk Jayhawk) but is now proud to call Boise home. He spends his free time exercising, spending time with family, and teaching himself how to play the piano.
