Kristina Harrington, MD

Dr. Kristina Harrington is the founder and owner of Omega Health Services in Boise, Idaho, and has served as Medical Director since opening the practice in 1998. With decades of experience and a deep commitment to compassionate psychiatric care, she has helped shape Omega into a trusted resource for individuals and families throughout the community.

Dr. Harrington earned her medical degree from Loma Linda University in 1991. She completed her psychiatry residency and fellowship at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles in 1996. She is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Addiction Medicine, bringing extensive expertise across the lifespan.

In addition to leading Omega, Dr. Harrington serves as Medical Director of Intermountain Hospital and is a part owner of MidValley Healthcare. Her professional focus is the thoughtful diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of mental health conditions, always emphasizing individualized care, respect, and long-term wellness.

Patients appreciate Dr. Harrington’s warmth, insight, and steady leadership. She is deeply committed to helping individuals feel understood, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey.

Outside of work, Dr. Harrington enjoys spending time with her daughter and her animals, tending to her garden, and making the most of Idaho’s beautiful outdoors.

Jeffrey L. Johnson, Pharm-D, PA-C

Jeffrey L. Johnson, Pharm-D, PA-C

Jeffery Johnson, PA-C, Pharm-D graduated with a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Idaho State University in 2000 and worked as a community pharmacist for two years before becoming a Physician Assistant. Jeff earned his Physician Assistant degree from Idaho State University in 2002. He practiced Emergency Medicine in a busy Emergency Department in Pocatello, ID for several years. In 2011 he became a Clinical Assistant Professor at ISU, teaching in the Physician Assistant Program.

Jeff started at Omega Health Services in 2011, focusing his practice on mental health and working in our Walk-in Clinic. His experience in the Emergency Department aided his success in our Walk-in Clinic and daily scheduled clinic. Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and family, as well as his yearly trips to the Dominican Republic for Medical Mission work.

Cali Bradberry, PA-C, MMS, CAQ-Psych

Cali Bradberry, MMS, PA-C

Cali Bradberry brings warmth, experience, and a deep passion for mental health care to every patient she serves. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Idaho in 2007 and spent several years working in the mental health field before pursuing advanced medical training.

She went on to complete her Master of Medical Science and Physician Assistant training at the Red Rocks Physician Assistant Program in Denver, Colorado, graduating in 2011. After finishing graduate school, Cali returned home to Boise and joined Omega Mental Health Services, where she has been practicing ever since.

Since 2011, Cali has specialized in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of mental health conditions. She provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and thoughtful medication management, working closely with patients to create individualized treatment plans that support long-term wellness. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping patients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Outside of the office, Cali embraces everything Idaho has to offer. She loves cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her family—whether biking scenic trails, skiing in the winter, or simply enjoying fresh mountain air.

Chris Chandler, MPAS, PA-C

Chris Chandler, MPAS, PA-C

Chris is a native of Upstate New York and a retired Army officer. He is a graduate of one the country’s premier physician assistant training programs at the University of Utah. He is married and has two daughters. He has previous clinical experience in internal medicine, urgent care, family medicine, and sleep medicine. He has additional clinical interests in PTSD, and Veterans health. His interests outside of work include skiing, mountaineering, motorcycling, history, international affairs, playing guitar, and supporting his beloved Syracuse University Orange and all professional teams from Boston.

He and his family are very happy to call Boise their home, and he is excited to be a part of Omega Health Services.

Stuart Coldsnow, PA-C

Stuart Coldsnow, PA-C

Stuart “Stu” Coldsnow has been a valued medication management provider at Omega since 2020—and he brings both heart and expertise to everything he does. Before earning his master’s degree, Stu gained extensive hands-on experience in inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings, building a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care.

He received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Sullivan University with a clear goal in mind: to practice psychiatry and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Today at Omega, Stu specializes in diagnosing and managing a wide range of mental health conditions across all age groups. He is deeply committed to creating a supportive, respectful space where every patient feels heard, understood, and genuinely cared for.

Originally from Lawrence (Rock Chalk Jayhawk!), Stu now proudly calls Boise home. When he’s not in the office, you’ll likely find him staying active, enjoying time with his family and dogs, playing a round of golf, or teaching himself a new tune on the piano.

Grace Mensah, PMHNP

Grace Mensah

Grace joined Omega in 2023 as a medication management provider, bringing warmth, dedication, and a wealth of clinical experience to our team. She specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental and behavioral health conditions, caring for patients with both expertise and heart.

Grace began her healthcare journey as a registered nurse in long-term care before expanding her experience as a travel nurse in medical, surgical, and telemetry units, where she cared for patients of all ages. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from The College of Idaho in 2016, then went on to complete her RN at University of Miami.

Her passion for mental health led her into psychiatry in 2021, where she discovered her calling to make an even greater impact. She pursued and earned her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree from Walden University in 2023, allowing her to fully dedicate her practice to comprehensive mental health care.

Grace is known for her thoughtful approach, clinical knowledge, and genuine compassion. She is deeply committed to providing excellent, patient-centered care and creating a safe, supportive space for every individual she serves. In addition to her broad psychiatric expertise, she has extensive experience providing Esketamine treatment.

Grace sees patients at our State Street and Emerald offices and also cares for individuals in our Walk-In Clinic at State.

Salome “Sally” Gichuru, PMHNP

Sally Gichuru

Sally joined Omega in 2024 as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), bringing over 16 years of experience and a genuine passion for mental health care. She began her journey at Idaho State University, earning her LPN in 2010 and her RN in 2013. Sally spent more than a decade working in mental health as an LPN and RN before completing her PMHNP degree at Walden University in 2023.

Sally is dedicated, compassionate, and patient-focused, providing personalized medication management and evidence-based treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults. She also has extensive experience with Esketamine treatment, helping patients access advanced care options when appropriate.

Desiree Blythe

My vision is to help people find joy and become their full potential according to their unique core values. My purpose is to inspire positive change through empathy and compassion. My mission is to connect with those through shared experiences, and to empower through self-esteem building and finding your own voice.

My ultimate core value is practicing empathy and healthy communication. Without it, there is isolation, which makes connecting to others virtually impossible. Connection is key to healthy mentality and spirituality!

I believe having empathy and being personable is important to building a rapport with clients. I love people of all ages, cultures, religions, ethnicity and sexual orientations. One of my core values is communication through understanding and love, resulting in a heartfelt session of talk therapy.

Approaches; Talk Therapy, Music Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Adlerian Theory, Motivational Interviewing and Existential Theory.

Chris Kunz, LCSW

Chris Kunz, LCSW is a dedicated therapist at Omega Health Services who brings a unique blend of military experience, clinical training, and real-world perspective to his work. After retiring from the United States Army as a Sergeant First Class, Chris pursued his passion for helping others by earning his Master of Social Work from Boise State University in 2023. He also holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and Cybersecurity from the Florida Institute of Technology, reflecting a diverse professional background grounded in both analytical thinking and human connection.

Chris specializes in working with individuals facing trauma, PTSD, substance use challenges, anxiety, and depression. His approach is both structured and flexible, integrating evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). He combines these approaches with a client-centered, solution-focused style that emphasizes practical progress and meaningful change.

Drawing from his own life experiences and years of service, Chris understands that mental health challenges are complex and deeply personal. He is passionate about helping clients identify and take control of the variables within their reach—building resilience, clarity, and confidence along the way. His goal is to create a supportive environment where clients feel understood, challenged, and empowered to move forward.

Chris works with a wide range of individuals and believes that everyone deserves access to effective, compassionate care—no matter where they are in their journey.

Outside of his professional work, Chris enjoys staying active and pursuing new experiences. In the winter, you can find him on the mountain, and in the summer, he’s often out on anything with two wheels. He also enjoys 3D printing and spending time with his son, helping guide him as he learns to navigate the world and grow into independence.
