Front Desk & Reception – Emerald Location

Margaret joined Omega in 2022 at our State Street location as a receptionist and quickly became a valued part of our team. She was recently promoted to lead the Front Desk at our Emerald Street location, where she keeps the front office running smoothly while managing billing and insurance verifications with efficiency and care. Her friendly smile and attention to detail help create a welcoming, organized experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Margaret is currently attending school part-time at the College of Western Idaho (CWI), working toward her degree in Social Work. She is passionate about the field of mental health and plans to continue her education to become a counselor—bringing the same compassion and dedication to future clients that she shows at the front desk every day.

When she’s not at work or studying, Margaret enjoys reading, crafting with friends, and spending time with her husband and her cat, Meow Meow. She loves being part of the Omega team and looks forward to helping make your visit a positive one.

Practice Administrator

Monica Reynolds has been a cornerstone of Omega since joining the team in August 2000. She relocated from California, where she spent several years working in billing and administration at the UC Davis Medical Group. Bringing with her a strong foundation in healthcare operations, Monica began her journey at Omega in the billing department and steadily advanced through leadership roles—first as Office Manager, and in 2015, stepping into her current role as Practice Administrator.

Monica has played an instrumental role in Omega’s growth and success. In 2024, she helped lead the opening of our second location on Emerald, followed by the expansion to our third location in Caldwell in 2025. Her leadership, vision, and dedication continue to shape the organization’s future.

A passionate advocate for mental health awareness, Monica is deeply committed to both her team and the patients Omega serves. She works tirelessly to ensure the practice exceeds expectations in patient care, operational excellence, and overall experience.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with her husband and large family, along with her lively collection of dogs, birds, chickens, and ducks. She loves the outdoors and can often be found boating, off-roading, camping, or tending to her extensive garden and animals. Her energy, warmth, and dedication make her an invaluable part of the Omega family.

Christine Hernandez, CMA

Christine Hernandez

Manager, Caldwell

Christine joined Omega in 2019, starting in our Billing Department before transitioning to the clinical side, where she could put her Registered Medical Assistant training to full use. Known for her dedication, professionalism, and can-do attitude, Christine consistently goes above and beyond for both patients and providers alike.

In 2025, Christine was promoted to Manager and played a key role in launching and shaping our Caldwell office. Her leadership, teamwork, and deep knowledge of clinical operations make her an invaluable part of the Omega family.

Outside of work, Christine loves spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, crafting, and hitting the pavement for a good run. Her energy, warmth, and commitment make her someone you’ll immediately feel at ease with—both as a leader and a caregiver.

Front Desk Supervisor & Billing Specialist

Danielle joined Omega in 2017 as a receptionist and quickly became an invaluable member of the team due to her exceptional customer service skills and positive, can-do attitude.

Over time, she transitioned into the billing department, where she continues to play a key role while also serving as Front Desk Supervisor. In this position, Danielle maintains close collaboration with the front desk team and continues to build strong relationships with clients.

Known for her dedication, reliability, and strong work ethic, Danielle is an integral part of daily operations and overall client experience.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys all things Disney, crafting, spending time with her dog and friends, and going on motorcycle rides with her husband.

Rachael joined Omega in 2018 as a receptionist and quickly became an integral part of our team, later moving into the billing department where she contributes to both billing and credentialing. She is known for her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to keeping operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys reading, baking, and spending quality time with her family. Her warmth, dedication, and friendly approach make her a valued member of the Omega team.
